Forming Ways-San Pedro de Cartago (Nariño)
In the municipality of San Pedro de Cartago (Nariño), the strategy Escuela Productiva is being run involving 9th, 10th, and 11th grade high school students, who have received pedagogical trainings in areas such as productivity and personal formation, highlighting their values and motivating this young audience to build up their live-projects.
Each activity is followed by a personal reflection, thus creating a self motivation and self improvement habit, emphasizing their capabilities and potential.
In these training labors, it is wished to awake a sense of partnership within the apprentices, this is why throughout the activity, tools such as giving expositions, motivational dynamics, and own - potential and skills self -awareness, are used by them.
In the productive component, it's been realized an interaction that has awaken a great love for their land and a sense of willing to produce to build a better present, allowing in each activity, an harmonic environment in which not only they get to participate but their parents do as well.
