Support and Training for young graduates of Secondary Education in trying to bring them pedagogical skills and techniques through an intensive process of education whose emphasis is on strengthening specific job skills.
This strategy responds to a demand by the principals of educational institutions, who seek to provide opportunities for its 11° graduates, especially for those that complete their studies and can not go to college or find a job.
Our Foundation has developed an intensive training program for groups of 30 to 40 young people in skills relevant to their area of influence. The first phase takes 10 months and a half, 5 hours a day from Monday to Friday.
Once this first phase has been accomplished, we identify the preferences of different participants so that those who are likely to become "Young Educators" can form a business association which will aim to be knowledge-multipliers, giving training to the 11 ° students from previously identified schools in the area of influence. This association receives financial and technical support from our Foundation, seeking to make it sustainable in the short and medium term.
For those young people who had opted to create their own micro-enterprises in the fields in which they were evaluated in the first phase, the Foundation provides technical support and facilitates contacts with public and private entities that provide micro-credit and technical and financial support.
